Job Summary:
The Operations Assistant will play a key role in managing daily operations, supporting digital platforms, and ensuring smooth execution of renovation and operational projects. This position requires someone organized, tech-savvy, and proactive, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Respond to all Yelp and Google reviews for all store locations, maintaining brand reputation.
- Use and manage all backend systems to update menus, including but not limited to Clover, UE, DD, Toast.
- Manage all brands' operations and logistics to ensure smooth store operations.
- Analyze operational and staffing data from backend systems and provide actionable insights.
- Assist the team with general administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications:
- Experience in restaurant operations or backend management preferred.
- Proficient in POS and delivery platforms, including Clover, UE, DD, and Toast, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset, with experience handling online reviews.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
